- Set up and monitor dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and patient comfort.
- Assess patients before, during, and after treatments, managing any complications.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care, lifestyle changes, and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety.
- Respond to emergencies during dialysis procedures.
- Keep accurate records of patient care and treatment.
