We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Executive to manage the claims processing aspects of our sales operations. This role involves ensuring the efficient handling of claims, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential support to our Sales Team.


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the administrative aspects of the claims process, ensuring efficient processing and accurate documentation
  • Provide support to the Sales Team by reviewing and processing various client claims, including buyback claims, withholding claims, and distributor rebate claims
  • Prepare and negotiate settlement offers, ensuring fair compensation for clients based on thorough findings.
  • Conduct investigations into claims to verify accuracy and validity, gathering necessary evidence and statements.
  • Review insurance policies to determine coverage and assess claims according to policy terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of claims handling.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records of claims, correspondence, and decisions made throughout the claims process.
  • Coordinate with sales partners and clients to gather information, clarify details, and provide updates on claim statuses.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting or legal, to resolve complex claims or issues.
  • Generate reports on claims activity and trends for management review and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of claims processing procedures to enhance efficiency.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in data entry and record management, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to speak and write in Chinese is required, as the incumbent will liaise with counterparts at the China HQ for project-related matters.
