JOB DESCRIPTION
- Daily monitoring of Vessels, stowage plans, passage plans, cargo works, crew management, crew training, psc preparations, company audit preparations, ship audit.
- To manage all service reports and weekly/monthly report from our fleet.
- Able to travel overseas at short notices depend of our fleet docking plan.
- Maintain good working relations with our onboard crew by daily communications by Email and phone basis under their supervisor and other team members to prevent any issues.
- Physically fit to work under outdoor conditions.
- Able to work overtime and under pressure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SI experience more than 4 years
- Chief Engineer experience min 3 contracts
- Graduate in Marine Engineering field
- Familiar with the industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Mature and strong responsibility.
- Ability to travel within short notice as required.
- Possess positive work attitude with efficiency
- good inter-personal skills.
- Able to work in a team environment independently with minimum supervision
