Job Scope:
The Managing Director (MD) will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organization in Singapore. This role involves leadership, management, and ensuring that the company achieves its growth objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Lead the development and execution of the company's business strategy in line with overall corporate goals.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Direct financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring that the company meets its financial objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Adjust business strategies based on market developments and evolving customer needs.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- At least 5-10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a Director or Executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful business management, financial oversight, and achieving company goals.
