Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
  • Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
  • Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
  • Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

  • Minimum O/N level holder
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
