Job Description：
- Develop and implementcomprehensive quality assuranceplans, procedures, and metricstailored for oil & gas andsemiconductor products.Conduct thorough quality inspections,audits, and evaluations to ensureadherence to industry standards andregulatory requirements, includingISO standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and leadcorrective and preventive actions(CAPA) to address quality issues andimprove processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering,manufacturing, and supply chainteams to implement qualityimprovements and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation andrecords of quality tests, inspections,and audits.
- Drive continuous improvementinitiatives in quality assuranceprocesses and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends,technological advancements, andregulatory changes in the oil & gasand semiconductor sectors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering,Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in qualityassurance roles within the oil & gas and semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards(e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)and experience with conducting ISOaudits.
- Proficiency in quality managementtools and methodologies, such as SixSigma, Lean Manufacturing, or TotalQuality Management (TQM).
- Experience in performing quality inspections, audits, and evaluations incompliance with industry regulations.
- Familiarity with automated testingtools and software used in qualityassurance processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailand accuracy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal,and collaboration skills.
