APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide support for existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Key Skills Requirement:
- 7 years of experience in end-to-end delivery and payments systems.
- Expertise in cash management systems.
- Strong experience with ISO 20022 messaging (Pain, Pacs, Camt) and country-specific payment systems.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and creating user stories and roadmaps.
- Hands-on in coordinating onshore and offshore teams to align delivery with release plans.
- Skilled in managing stakeholders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving project closure.
- Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma certified with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Familiar with various technologies like JSON, API, Solace JMS, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and more.
