Job Description:
- Conduct training needs analysis for client affiliates, specifically in Applied Product/System & Control Solutions
- Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities
- Training management, especially for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training
- Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
- Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Well versed in LMS system
- Having technical knowledge/background of Applied Product/ HVAC/Control will havean advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to travel to Asean Oceania countries
