Admin Executive, Event Management | GOVT - GW

Highlights:

  • Contract duration: 1 year contract (start date: Jan 2025)
  • Salary range: up to $3000 per month
  • Working location: Bedok MRT
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Min. 1 year of experience in recruitment, events/program management, and data management
  • Proficiency in Arabic to translate Arabic Documents.
  • Comfortable to travel in East region for operational needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute various flagship programs, including coordinating with participants and contribution of stakeholders.
  • Assist in the interview & assessment process of offices.
  • Administrative duties such as digitization, data gathering, and other operational support.
  • Conduct bi-monthly and quarterly engagements with stakeholders and partners.
  • Any other administrative, event support, and operational duties assigned.
