Our client is a local company, one of the leading Environmental Services provider. They are looking for a IT Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties of IT Executive:
- Provide support for on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting on notebooks, desktops, and related peripherals.
- Conduct installations, system migrations, and problem-solving for various systems.
- Troubleshoot desktop-related issues effectively.
- Maintain and support servers, databases, and IT infrastructure, including performing configuration upgrades.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year IT back end support experience
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology
- Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
