Job Scope:
· To support customer's application
· The candidates will have to be responsible for the team, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly, critical projects/apps are prioritised, and escalations handled appropriately.
· The lead should also proactively promote service excellence by identifying strategies that can be adapted and scaled to drive operational efficiency across the team.
Requirements:
· Tertiary Education in a technology discipline, AWS Solution Architect Associate level certification.
· 5 year working experience in a similar setting would be preferred.
· Reasonable amount of AWS knowledge/experience is a must.
· Some troubleshooting flair.
· Relevant knowledge/experience on Jenkins/Bitbucket/Python is a bonus.
· These security tickets are triggered from various sources, such as AWSConfig , Cloudwatch and CSPM tools.
