Description
- Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Drive the development of actionable reports and dashboards using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and data-driven decision-making needs.
- Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide solutions that deliver business insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts and data professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and support team development.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and compliance regulations when managing and sharing business intelligence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights derived from data.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BI tools and technologies to ensure they meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Implement advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to provide deeper insights and forecast future trends.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing BI projects, working cross-functionally, and leading teams to successful project delivery.
- Good knowledge of statistics models and methodologies
