☞Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetically-pleasing architectural plans
☞Produce detailed drawings, models, and specifications to guide the construction process
Ensure project compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
☞Lead the project team on daily project requirements
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
☞Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architecture industry
☞Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards
Requirements &Qualifications:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and/or ArchiCAD
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registration with Board of Architects will be an advantage
