Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations (class scheduling, staff deployment, student attendance tracking)
- Educational Leadership: Mentor and support teachers by reviewing lesson plans, conducting evaluations, refining teaching methods and liaising with parents to address any queries
- Program and Event Coordination: Organize, manage, and plan volunteer programs, CSR activities, enrichment activities, holiday programs etc
- Enrollment and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment, conduct enrollment interviews, and collaborate with the marketing team on social media outreach
- Administrative and Marketing Support: Implement and manage CRM tools for communication, data management, and ensuring all events receive appropriate media coverage
- Financial and Resource Management: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for events and within the centre
- Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution: Implement conflict resolution strategies and ensure that incidents are documented and professionally handled
- Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that the centre adheres to all regulatory requirements, MOE guidelines, and Special Education standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre
- Possess at least a polytechnic diploma in Special Education, Education, Psychology or any related field(s)
- Having a First Aid and CPR certification may be an added advantage
