Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Generate and follow up on quotations, managing the end-to-end order processing
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve complaints with efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve strategic objectives
- Participate in site meetings and address customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams to ensure issue resolution
- Partner with colleagues to deliver technical support as needed
- Liaise with the operations team to secure timely and accurate delivery of client orders
Requirements
- Min. ITE qualification
- Ability to read CAD/3D drawings
- Possess a class 3 driving license; a company vehicle will be provided if necessary
- Basic knowledge in mechanical or fabrication processes
- Demonstrates self-discipline to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines
