Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update product specifications
- Provide accurate technical information and documents to customers upon request
- Conduct supplier evaluation, request and review up-to-date documentation from suppliers
- Manage the product and environmental testing
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive action
- Conduct daily on-site inspection to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety and quality protocols.
- Carry out sensory evaluation
- Assist in work instructions update and conducting staff training.
- Assist in all internal and external audits
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by QA manager
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
- Proactive, willing to learn and good follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Work independently with minimal supervision
