Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, showroom owners, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
- Promote and introduce products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Showcase marketing tools such as standees, anti-bacterial decals, binders, and wire racks for display in showroom interiors.
- Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.
- Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
- Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the building materials and/or surfacing products.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
