Job Description:
- Provides technical assistance and guidance in term of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Accountable for fixing problems with network connectivity, performance, scalability, availability, security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot issue of Linux, Windows server and Active Directory.
- Monitor and analyse the health and performance of the cloud systems and services and suggest improvements and best practices.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends as well system administration to provide informed support and recommendations.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Proven experience in IT L2 technical support roles
- Strong knowledge in AWS, Azure cloud services, Linux and Window operating systems
- Require to standby sometimes to make sure patching job
