- Monitor job progress and keep customers informed on repair/servicing status.
- Offer professional advice on necessary repair/service jobs.
- Manage all documentation, including costs, claims, and vehicle history files.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs.
- Update and notify customers about upcoming service due dates.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
