Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Migration of learning platform and company intranet to sharepoint 2.0
- Creation of training modules via LEARN platform on HR-related policies to address misconceptions and common queries from staff.
- Design of HR-related communication materials via our internal comms platforms
- Curating and updating of HR-related contents on Intranet.
- Administrative support for centralised trainings for officers (e.g. data up-keeping, collating of responses and consolidating information from various resources for better overview and tracking, updating of officers’ training records etc.)
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Tech-Savvy and knows how to use Microsoft especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Preferably with digital design knowledge (e.g. using Canva) and has experience in creating e-learning contents using software such as Articulate Rise 360
