RESPONSIBILITIES
Intern #1
- Programme development and execution of Starting a Groundup, Groundup Members onboarding, and Networking events.
- Publicity for Groundup programmes
- Creation of post-event content
- Support the successful execution of Groundup Central and Centre for Non-profit Leadership Events
Deliverables
- Programme design, publicity and execution of Groundup-related events
- Content insights piece(s) articles and social media
Intern #2
- Engagement of Groundup Leaders and members, and people interested in starting a groundup
- Notetaking, drafting long form and short form content based on meetings and engagements
- Speaker engagement and management for events
- Support colleagues with programme design and execution of Groundup Central and Centre for Non-profit Leadership Events
- Creation of social media content
Deliverables
- Meetings with people interested in starting groundups to inspire and support them in their journey of starting.
- Meetings with Groundup partners to plan events and facilitate learning and collaboration opportunities.
- Written features showcasing various groundup leaders leaders (such as articles, IG, FB, LinkedIn posts)
- Successful Speaker Engagement, Management and Sharings for Groundup networking and learning events.
- Summarizing of insights from events
- Facilitation support for Events
- Passionate about some community(ies) they are active in
- Strong interest in different, groundup, non-profit organisations and understanding how they operate
- Outgoing, comfortable with interacting with new people from different communities
- Someone who is curious, takes initiative and pride in the work that they do.
- Strong writing, analysis and communication skills
- Events, programme design and facilitation experience
- Active social media user/ content creator
- (Not compulsory) Communications/ Writing/ Social Media creation/ is an active social media user
- (Not compulsory) Qualitative research experience (e.g. In-depth interviews, Focus Groups)
