RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Training and Updates:
- Conduct training and updates for sourcing event templates {Invitation To Quote (ITQ) / Invitation To Tender (ITT)} to be used by Stakeholders
- Develop training guides and conduct training sessions for users on procurement processes.
- Template Integration:
- Integrate templates into the Ariba system for streamlined procurement processes.
- Plan and manage process flow for templates to third party system (i.e. CDMS).
- Develop evaluation report templates for ITQ/ITT to assess procurement events effectively.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to standardize Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Contracts, and Letters of Acceptance.
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all queries related to procurement processes, Ariba system, and policies.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation of procurement systems.
- Data Migration:
- Facilitate procurement data migration activities & strategy, including the fine-tuning of procurement taxonomy (commodity code).
- Strategic Procurement Leadership:
- Deputize for the Project Director as needed, providing leadership and direction to the project team in his/her absence.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to optimize procurement activities and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement.
- Proven experience in procurement processes and systems, particularly Ariba.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Preferred requirements but not mandatiory:
- Certification in Ariba or related procurement software.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with data migration, especially commodity codes
- Experience in data analytics tool such as Power BI etc would be advantageous.
- Experienced in S2C and P2P processes.
