Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer to produce attractive designs and layouts for various architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will work on proposals, presentations, and technical documentation while collaborating on-site measurements, material selection, and design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing designs and layouts for multiple projects.
- Create and refine architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.
- Prepare tender and construction documents.
- Conduct site measurements, layout planning, and select materials for use.
- Produce concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong design skills and attention to detail in both conceptual and technical aspects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
