Job Description:
- Support set up of machinery to ensure on-time for mass production.
- Responsible for leading machine conversions and cleaning equipment.
- Assist in immediate breakdown restoration of machine function to achieve production output.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic-based troubleshooting guide.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new production operators and technicians
- Statistical process monitoring and control lead to productivity improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives toward production efficiency and quality.
- Design and fabricate simple jigs/fixtures to improve production processes.
- Carry out periodical maintenance for process machinery on schedule.
- Review process issues, and internal corrective action requests, assist in a customer complaint investigation, and conduct failure analysis.
- Assist new production introduction trial run.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time in full.
- Perform reconciliation and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and finished goods.
- Consistently adhere to good housekeeping practices and safety regulations.
- Responsible for completing and countersigning GMP documentation for traceability and submitting it to Management at the end of each processed order.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Workplace housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably at least a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering.
- Able to read basic engineering drawings.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to support overtime and shift.
- Systematic and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently.
