- Assist in implementing the Workday Journey for new hire onboarding.
- Provide support to automate HR reporting and tracking, perform
- User Acceptance Testing, data cleansing and verifications as needed.
- Review and manage HR data and records management in line with IM requirements.
- Conduct HR data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
- prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics using tools such as Tableau.
- Assist in automating and improving HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS/Workday).
- Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Tableau and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
- Keen interest in AI and automation tools to innovate work processes.
- Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
