Job Highlights

Salary: up to $18.50 per hour

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: Kim Keat Road, Nearest to Toa Payoh MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours


Job Descriptions

  • Attend to emails and telephone enquiries relating to Practising Certificate (PC) renewal applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims and applications from healthcare professionals and course providers.
  • Assist in processing of applications for PC renewal and CPE claims and applications.
  • Generate reports periodically and monitor whether practitioners have renewed their PCs.
  • Send reminders for PC Renewal and Stop Practice letters for non-renewal of PCs.

Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporean need to apply.
  • Degree/ Diploma in any disciplines.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Spoken & written Mandarin is advantageous!
