Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work directly with Managers with extensive experience, assisting in day-to-day business issues from strategy to execution. Leveraging your expertise in project management, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyse processes, and recommend strategic solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. Your analytical skills, coupled with your ability to manage projects and communicate effectively, will be instrumental in facilitating successful project outcomes.


Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution activities. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Propose and implement solutions to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans and technical specifications.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process maps. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, domestic and international business and economic issues best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the organization.
  • Anticipate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current business laws to provide strategic advice.
  • Preparation of legal documents/ contracts and correspondence including drafting, reviewing, and revising documentation.
  • Working on any other tasks as assigned by the CEO from time to time.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of similar working experience or with background in consulting or project implementation will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in international trade laws, e.g. antidumping duties, countervailing duties, anti-subsidies duties are preferred.
  • Good understanding of company law requirements.
  • Knowledge of company structure (preferred internationally).
  • Basic knowledge of international sanction regimes will be an advantage.
  • Well-versed in business process modelling and business workflow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Team player with strong organization, people handling skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
