About Our Client
My client is a private equity firm based in Singapore, known for its strategic investments in various sectors, including real estate. Job Description
* Collaborate with tenants and appointed managing agents to negotiate lease renewals and foster strong landlord-tenant relationships.
* Address tenancy-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve tenant concerns effectively.
* Respond to new leasing inquiries, conduct site tours, and deliver presentations to potential clients.
* Proficient in negotiating and drafting lease agreements, and capable of working with external legal counsel to modify leasing terms as needed.
* Oversee and maintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and rental reports.
* Work alongside the team to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for stakeholders, and assist in annual budgeting and forecasting of leasing-related income.
* Manage and keep marketing materials current.
* Develop and sustain strategic relationships with industry peers and agents to enhance portfolio occupancy and stay informed on industrial market trends.
* Collaborate with the team to devise strategies aimed at optimizing rental income and achieving maximum occupancy across the company's industrial property portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration or a related field.
* 2 years+ of experience in industrial leasing.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
