Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in managing contracts, cost estimation, and claims processes. The ideal candidate will oversee contract administration, collaborate on site with construction teams, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance in project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer building contracts on-site, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare, review, and verify progress claims with clients and subcontractors.
- Perform cost estimation analysis, measurement, and valuation for accurate budgeting and financial tracking.
- Work closely with on-site teams to monitor project progress, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-speed connector design for datacom segments is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-standard analysis tools.
- Proven leadership abilities and attention to detail in a construction setting.
