What you'll be doing
- Perform routine and specialised diagnostic tests on patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control protocols
- Analyse and interpret test results, ensuring accurate reporting to physicians and healthcare teams
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring optimal functioning
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain precise and up-to-date lab records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Degree in Biomedical Science/ Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory/ hospital setting will be preferred
- Able to perform rotating and staggered shifts, as required by the department
