Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Product Design Engineer with a specialization in high-speed connectors to join our team. This role involves supporting the development and manufacturing of innovative products, focusing on high-speed datacom connectors. You will work closely with manufacturing teams to assess the feasibility and production capabilities of new concepts, ensuring product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to review new product concepts, assess feasibility, and provide feedback on plant capability.
- Technical Analysis:
- Perform Proof of Concept (POC), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Tolerance Analysis to validate product performance and structural integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven design experience with high-speed connectors.
- Experience in designing connectors for the high-speed datacom segment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in FEA and tolerance analysis tools.
