Key Responsibilities
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on cases requiring out-of-home care.
- Collaborate on improving processes for placement and reunification in out-of-home care.
- Conduct research and review literature to identify trends in out-of-home care cases.
- Provide administrative support for out-of-home care operations.
- Assist with on-site assurance checks of agencies.
- Communicate with staff, stakeholders, foster parents, and agencies to coordinate placements.
- Support events and complete other departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Min Degree.
- Experienced in social service industry is advantageous.
- Previous experience in managing data is a plus point.
