Job Description
· Overall management of the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety
· Schedule & Program
· Estimation, establishing the budget and ongoing project cost monitoring
· Analyse, manage, and track project costs against budget
· Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on monthly basis
· Ensure proper management and control of project documentation as well as contractual matter (i.e. all the email correspondence)
· To check and ensure all the works are executed according to tender specifications and shop drawing
· To check all the schedules and ensure all the executions can be delivered on time
· To attend all the necessary meetings with Maincon/Consultant
· Maintain a good relationship with the clients
· To ensure all the progress claims are submitted accordingly
· Conduct bi-weekly internal meeting
· To attend customer & consultant queries with solutions
· Ensure all the payment cert are received all the times
· To liaise with Tender & Design Department on variation works/contractual matters
· Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan
· Mentor and train Project Engineers
· Any adhoc duty assigned by superior
Requirements
· Degree in relevant engineering and minimum 10 years of ACMV/M&E working experience
· Strong knowledge in project management methodologies, techniques and skill
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge in ACMV/M&E design will be an advantage
· Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation – CHWP, VRV, VRF system
· Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
· Confidence and Assertiveness
