Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department/Learning Development team, including updating the learning platform, training modules, HR-related administrations and communications.
- Assist with the planning and execution of learning and development programs, including training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee training and development activities in HR system and Intranet
- Assist with the creation and distribution of training materials, presentations, and communications
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing orientation sessions and training programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with tracking and reporting on key training metrics, such as attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Department/Learning Development team
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR Department or Learning Development setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices a plus
