Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Pico's comprehensive services in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
- Lead the pitch and proposal development process, coordinating with relevant teams and producers to gather the necessary specialist services to craft compelling proposals.
- Skilled in shaping client strategies, identifying client needs, and creating targeted strategies to meet those needs effectively.
- Drive business growth locally and regionally through strategic account management, continuously enhancing the planning and execution of client-led activities.
- Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, both new and existing, and conduct regular meetings to share insights and provide ongoing value.
- Establish connections with new clients and strengthen existing client relationships by implementing communication plans, enhancing visibility, and demonstrating strategic support.
Requirements for Ideal Candidate:
- Min. Diploma with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled in engaging and managing relationship with clients/customers.
- Experience across a range of project types, including events, multimedia, online, interactive, direct marketing, and social media.
- Proficient in managing project teams composed of members from various business units within a large corporate agency.
