About the Job
This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional responsible for driving sales activities for our Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) products and solutions. As the primary point of contact for end-customers and dealers, you will focus on building and managing relationships within the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales initiatives for all RVI-related products, addressing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical consultations.
- Skilled in managing the end-to-end sales process, with strong abilities in negotiation, presentation, and account management.
- Collect, analyze, and present market insights and performance metrics in comprehensive sales reports.
- Ensure high-quality service by upholding and implementing organizational standards.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and key meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and package deals to secure new business and achieve revenue objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support team success by contributing to related goals as needed.
- Open to occasional overseas travel for business activities.
Key Skills / Core Competencies
- Interpersonal & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to inspire channel sales partners and deliver impactful presentations to varied audiences.
- Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications, leveraging them for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Knowledge of SalesForce is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of core business principles and sales strategies within industrial sectors.
Experience
- Proven track record in domestic sales with 5+ years of experience
- Previous experience in selling industrial instrumentation is preferred
Education
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering or Business-related discipline
