- Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm (weekdays), 8:30am - 1:00pm (Sat)

- Salary: Basic up to $5,000
Job Description:
- Track and monitor maintenance programs and schedules for ongoing effectiveness.
- Conduct inspections to verify that the property is well maintained.
- Oversee emergency and ad hoc repairs, troubleshooting, and breakdown management, providing technical support to the team and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
- Prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Plan and manage maintenance services, schedules, and improvement projects to ensure smooth building operations in coordination with the Senior Management team.
- Ensure that the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Supervise building systems, including fire safety, landscaping, and mechanical and electrical systems, to ensure safe and smooth operation.
- Coordinate and oversee all M&E administrative tasks by liaising closely with consultants and clients.
- Monitor and address building system breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns.
- Perform additional facilities management duties as assigned.
