The Strategic Account Manager will manage relationships with key corporate customers, drive strategic partnerships, and enhance customer engagement to support IFS’s objectives. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding wallet share, and promoting cross-selling of financial products to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to deepen relationships and maximize revenue from strategic accounts.
- Identify new opportunities for Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, and cross-selling of other relevant financial products.
- Initiate partnerships that enhance revenue through innovative solutions and collaborations.
- Conduct regular visits and reviews for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for identified strategic accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase SCF and factoring revenue from strategic customers.
- Drive referrals and partnerships to boost cross-sell revenue.
- Maintain high engagement and achieve strong customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in Corporate or SME banking, or similar roles in financial services.
- Knowledge of supply chain finance and factoring is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
