Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Officer
About the role
Eppen Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Accounts Officer to join our team in the Central Region at Tanjung Pagar MRT, this is a full-time role.
What you'll be doing
- Handle partial set of accounts
- Co-ordinate with sales team and banker for documents submission to bank for Accounts Receivables Finance and receipt
- Preparation of schedules when necessary
- Maintain sales documentation shared by sales team
- Support audit process and tax requirements
- Data entry, filing, scanning, documentation work, postage, courier, letter collection, open letter and other office administrative tasks
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects
- Backup roles for other colleagues
- Written, reading and speaking in Mandarin and English is a must (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
What we're looking for
- Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or accounts officer role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team and able to work independently
- Good bilingual listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Meticulous, good communication skills, can do attitude, willing to learn
