Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings
- Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations
- Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers
- Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations
- Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works
- Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
- Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors
Job Qualifications / Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 8 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry
or
- Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
- Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
