Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of the main and sub-contracts.
- Monitor claims progress and issuance of payment responses.
- Involve in project budget with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely assignment and submissions.
- Perform Bill of Quantity Take-Off.
- Contract administration for clients, main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Administer contracts management to formulate contractual responses.
- Participate in discussions with clients and sub-contractors for assigned projects and monitor follow on meetings.
- Preparation of tender submissions, when required.
- Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, Monthly Progress Claims to Clients and Sub-Contractors/Supplier, Payment Response to sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law.
- Prepare cost analysis for the project in order to ensure that overall value is enhanced.
- Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
- Monitor and submission of monthly Cash Flow and analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in M&E will be highly preferred.
- Candidate with no prior experience is welcome to apply.
- Good with analytics and numbers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
