Job Purpose:

The Senior Brand and Franchise Project Manager will oversee the comprehensive development of HomesToLife’s franchise program, ensuring the brand is fully prepared for international expansion. This includes creating a complete franchisee package, developing brand guidelines, implementing an effective lead generation strategy, and establishing a comprehensive training program for franchise operations. Success will be measured by the quality and volume of leads, readiness of franchisee materials, and consistency in brand and operational standards across all franchises.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand and Franchise Package Development

  • Brand Guidelines: Collaborate with external agencies to develop in-depth brand guidelines that reflect HomesToLife’s values, mission, and market positioning.
  • Franchisee Package Creation: Develop a comprehensive franchisee package, including operational manuals, marketing assets, training guides, and onboarding materials, to support franchisee success.
  • In-Store Concept and VM Standards: Ensure the development of in-store brand concepts and visual merchandising (VM) standards to maintain a cohesive brand experience across all franchise locations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ teams to align the franchise package with legal, operational, and marketing standards, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse markets.

2. Training Program Development

  • Operations Training: Design a comprehensive training program for HomesToLife franchise operations, covering key operational practices, brand standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Training Materials and Modules: Develop training materials and interactive modules that are easy for franchisees to implement and that cover essential aspects of store operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback on training effectiveness and make updates as needed to ensure franchisees are equipped to maintain operational consistency.

3. Lead Generation and Franchise Development Strategy

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Design and implement a high-impact lead generation strategy targeting potential franchisees, using both digital and offline channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Content and Campaign Development: Develop franchise-focused marketing content, campaigns, and landing pages to engage potential franchisees and build awareness.
  • Pipeline Management and Tracking: Establish systems for tracking and managing leads from initial interest through to conversion, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship building.
  • Market Research and Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify key franchisee demographics and regions, optimizing lead generation strategies based on market insights and trends.

4. Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators for lead generation, brand awareness, franchisee engagement, and training effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports for senior management, analyzing lead generation performance, conversion rates, and training outcomes to inform ongoing strategies.
  • Continuous Optimization: Regularly assess and refine lead generation tactics, franchisee materials, and training programs based on performance data and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in project management, brand development, franchise development, or retail training, with a focus on lead generation and operational training.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Skillsets:

  1. Strong project management skills with experience in brand, franchise, or training development.
  2. Expertise in lead generation strategy and pipeline management, with familiarity in CRM and lead tracking tools.
  3. Excellent communication and training design skills, with the ability to create clear, comprehensive franchisee materials.
  4. Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and continuously optimize lead generation, branding, and training efforts.
