Job Description:
- Design & perform detailed designing for machine electrical control systems
- Write PLC program for automatic machine control & processes
- Collaborate & work together with the Design Team for design concept arising from new proposal & confirmed projects proposal
- Lead the in-house electrical staff/company’s appointed electrical vendors on machine control & electrical systems & operations of the projects
- Lead the assembly members & technicians during Machine set-up, Machine Assembly Process, Alignment, Testing & commissioning in the Company/customer site
- Spearhead meetings and review with the design team & the customers on control system requirements and specification
- Undertake robotics programming or programming as well as commissioning on the industrial robots, MIR and collaborative robotics systems
- Conduct 2D & 3D camera application evaluations
- Team up with cross-disciplinary teams of engineers & specialists focusing on smart factory technologies & projects
- Ideate and build robust data & digital technology driven solutions for advanced manufacturing/industrial processes
- Leverage AI and robotics-integration solutions to meet customers’ automation & real-time needs
- Follow-up on projects development & report the project progress & development to department head timely
- Write & compile the machine instruction & operational manual on control system upon the projects completion
- Keep abreast to the latest Smart Factory technological breakthrough in the industry & related business arena
- Other ad hoc projects/duties assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Automation or Control Engineering or related field
- Possess Control Programming working experience, preferably 3 to 5 years experience
- Preferably having Industrial PC (IPC) programming experiences
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Good teamwork and ability to work independently
- Good communication skill
- Time management and ability to meet projects deadline
Compensation:
- Working location: West, Singapore
- Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm
