Job Info:
- Monday To Friday; 8am - 5pm
- Location: Pandan Loop, West Region
Job Scope:
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely production and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize waste through effective stock management.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate with retail operations for product delivery orders and ensure timely delivery to outlets.
- Assist in developing SOPs to improve kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D on new product integration into production.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a central kitchen or high-volume food production environment.
- Prior supervisory or management experience required.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Experience in central kitchen and SFA compliances.
