The Role
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Perform clerical and administrative duties at the clinic – including registration of patients, dispensing of medications, payment settlement
- Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents
- Maintain and monitor inventory, including medical supplies and clinic equipment
- Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and training to ensure optimal service levels
- Clearly communicate ad-hoc administrative duties to clinic assistants, providing necessary training or resources as needed.
- Establish efficient channels for communication and collaboration between clinic assistants and doctors for smooth task completion
- Any other duties as may be assigned
- Able to do shift work on evenings and weekends
The Person
- Possess at least Diploma in any field
- Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management role
- Passion for working in healthcare industry
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in clinic management software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for patient care
