Job Info:
- Entitle AWS +VB
- Monday - Friday & Alt Saturday
- 9 am – 6 pm / 9 am – 1 pm (Subject to shift work based on our flight operational needs)
- Location: Changi
Job Scope:
- Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales
- Assist in administering cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring they are properly input, cutting airway bill.
- Planning of daily load of flights
- Ensure smooth uplifting of shipment by monitoring cargo movement through and following from warehouse, doing checks at the cargo warehouse, attending flights at the tarmac etc.
- Follow up with customers on any claims for missing or damaged cargo and any reservation queries.
- Other duties as assigned.
