Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products and platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth in the digital payment space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development roadmap for our LLM Chatbot and AI-driven payment products, from conception to launch and beyond.
  • Drive cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, QA professionals, and analysts to execute product development initiatives effectively.
  • Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Oversee the digital product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize features, allocate resources, and drive digital product development.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful digital product management, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and design tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze user data and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working on digital platforms, mobile apps, or web applications is preferred.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and creating seamless digital experiences for users.
  • Knowledge or interest in LLM and AI will be advantageous but not required.
