We seek a dedicated and experienced Partnership & Programme Manager to lead our programme initiatives and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, programme management, community engagement and a genuine passion for our vision and mission.
Objectives of the Role:
- Ensure smooth daily operations in compliance with charity regulations while upholding high service standards.
- Develop and implement programme assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with the board, members, community partners, donors, and relevant authorities.
- Oversee effective management of social media platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute HFG-SG’s programmes and services.
- Organise events and activities to support and strengthen foster families.
- Recruit, train, and manage members, befrienders, and volunteers to assist foster families and children.
- Manage social media campaigns and communications to amplify outreach efforts.
- Conduct community outreach with fostering agencies, corporations, and individuals.
- Coordinate and prepare board meetings, including agendas, reports, and minutes.
- Develop corporate collaterals and brand materials, such as the annual report, website content, and presentations.
- Plan and oversee budgets for media and engagement initiatives.
