Job Responsibilities
- Verifications of customer’s / banker’s signatures
- Checking of teller transactions
- Transaction overriding
- Manage queue waiting time
- Problem solving and handling of customer feedback and complaint
- Preparation and checking of reports
- Reporting of suspicious transaction
- Ensuring that operational procedures are carried out and adhered to regulations/rules set
- Supervision / counselling of staff
- Training of staff in job knowledge
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder and above
- At least 3 years working experience in a retail branch
- Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work on Saturdays
