Our Japanese Client is a 100% subsidiary of an international logistics company, established in 1997. They handle all international transportation and logistics.
Job Description:
- Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee product listing and catalog management, maintaining up-to-date product information.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time.
- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding.
- Collaborate with relevant team and Client to implement website design changes and other non-product-related amendments as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the business development team and marketing/social media personnel to ensure synergy in e-commerce strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners to drive growth and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and order inquiries, addressing customer or partner queries promptly and professionally.
- Handle logistics-related inquiries to ensure efficient order delivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including managing customer feedback and addressing complaints effectively.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks related to the business, such as meeting preparation and assisting in day-to-day operations.
- Be prepared for occasional business trips as required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or higher educational level; a major in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce account management and business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and social media.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding post-sales support.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for business purposes.
Compensation:
- Working hours: Mon - Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Lazada One (walking distance to MRT Bencoolen, Bras Basah, Bugis)
